Parking available at community hall. There are washroom facilities on site.

Registration opens at 09:00 inside the community hall. Pick up number plate (attaches under seat). No bib numbers or pins. Be at community hall no later than 09:55 for race instructions. Categories will depart in both directions: A (eastbound) and C (westbound) at 10:00, then B (eastbound) and D (westbound) at 10:01.

After completing the race, return number plates, check results, and help yourself to a light homemade lunch. Bring a volunteer and we will waive your race fee: marshal, first aid, mechanic, photographer, security, sweep vehicle, or anything you can offer that will enhance the race experience.

There will be a first aid station at the community hall. If you require further medical attention during the race, call 9-1-1. The nearest hospitals are 36 km away in Annapolis Royal (Hwy 8/201) and 39 km away in Middleton (Hwy 1 East). Just follow the H signs when approaching either centre.

If you have previous race experience, even if only road or time trial, you will know in which category you should belong. For those who have never raced before, start in Category D, unless you are confident in your ability to start in Category C. Regardless, you can always move to another category at the next race.

Do not drive on the race course while the race is ongoing. Fewer vehicles on the road make it safer for the competitors. There may be some vehicle traffic on the road, especially closer to Albany Cross. Exercise caution when approaching intersections and be alert for anything coming from behind.

There are no feed zones nor support vehicles. You will be required to carry your own water, food, and tools. A sweep vehicle will pass through after the race to confirm that no one has been left stranded.

This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. The entire route is on all-weather roads, either paved or gravel.
